Eric Zanotelli, Vice President

Eric Zanotelli has been in mortgage lending since October, 1996, a consequence of a fortuitous meeting of a man willing to teach him about the mortgage business. Until that time, he had spent twelve years in the convenience store industry and had decided it was time to make a change. The rest is history! The Stillwater branch of Fairway Mortgage opened in May, 2003. In his thirteen year career, Eric has funded more than 1868 loans and he is looking forward to closing many more.

"I will not propose a loan program for my clients without first asking them a number of questions. As a Mortgage Planner, it is as important to me as it is to them that their new loan meets not only their long and short-term financial plans but their short term payment and equity objectives as well. To me this difference is huge. Chasing the lowest rate and ending up in the wrong loan program has cost countless borrowers thousands of dollars over time. I am here to listen to my clients; hear their hopes, dreams, needs... and then I am able to advise for the best loan possible". Putting so much emphasis on client interests has been a contributing factor to Eric's successful venture into mortgage lending.

Originally from Oregon, Eric has lived in Stillwater since 1983. He has four children, ages 15 to 21.

In his spare time, Eric enjoys watching Pioneer sports events, reading, golfing and spending time with his children. He is also a Board Member of the Sheltered Workshop.
