Cassie Wright is the senior loan processor for the Stillwater branch. She has been processing loans for Eric and Fairway Mortgage for more than five years. Cassie is very excited about what she does and enjoys helping everyone with their home financing needs.

Cassie processes your loan from beginning to end.  As your processor, she makes sure the following happens:

• After you have met with Eric and have decided on the loan program that is best for you, Eric and his assistant, Pam, will obtain all of your needed information and required signatures, then move your loan to the processing department.
  

• When Cassie receives the file, she orders the title work, the appraisal and then verifies all of the information in the file.
  

• Your loan is then submitted to the lender of choice and we wait for approval from underwriting.
  

• Once the approval is received, Cassie clears any conditions and receives a "clear to close" on your loan from the underwriter.
  

• The last step is to set up the actual loan closing where the loan is finalized or closed.

As an added bonus, Cassie Wright is also a licensed Loan Officer in the state of Oklahoma so she is up-to-date on the ever-changing loan rules and the many loan programs that are offered.
